About You:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development using microservices architecture.
Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in backend development, such as Go, Java, or Node.js (TypeScript).
GraphQL Experience: Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs using GraphQL, including schema design, resolver functions, and handling data fetching and mutations efficiently.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and understanding of cloud-native practices and scalability.
Distributed Systems: Experience in building scalable, resilient and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Architecture Design: Ability to design scalable, performant, and secure microservices architectures that align with business requirements.
Testing and DevOps: Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions while considering trade-offs and impacts on system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
