We have an urgent need for a Production Planning Control Specialist to create a modern production scheduling system for our Silicon Fab Facility. • Analyze and compile schedule and demand data across the supply chain (internal and external); conducting what-if analysis to plan and schedule production, forecast long term capacity issues/constraints and to recommend solutions/options for meeting customer demands within schedule.

    • Integrate and manage special builds (new product development builds, technical experimental builds, and problem-solving builds) partnering with the appropriate technical teams to ensure build plans are integrated with production; ensuring quality requirements are effectively planned and executed throughout the product realization process, and deadlines are met.

    • Define and assess risks and opportunities; developing strategies (level loading, safety stock, inventory buffers, etc.) for management strategies to mitigate overall programmatic risks.

    • Analyze long-term demand (5-10 years); forecasting material demands and costs for incorporation in budget requests.
