xecute partnership initiatives
Monitor and evaluate ongoing partnership success by managing and tracking key milestones/KPIs to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with business objectives providing performance updates to senior leadership
Establish and nurture a pipeline of potential partners, conduct market research and incorporate external trends to shape partner strategy and monitor industry trends/competitor activities
Work closely with Santander Group's global innovation centers and Global partnership teams in identifying and pursing opportunities in the US
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required: Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Economics.
Work Experience:
5+ Years of experience in Management Consulting or Financial Services in Partnerships, Business Development or Product roles.

Skills and Abilities:
Prior experience in Management Consulting and/or Strategic Partnerships roles in banking and financial services with demonstrated ability to manage several parallel deal cycles
Strong partner management skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate
Skilled at clearly and persuasively articulating ideas, with a proficiency in creating advanced level presentations for a broad range of audiences
Knowledge of High Yield Savings, Credit Card and Personal Loans products including P&L and unit economics
Some product development and GTM strategy experience for lending and deposit products
Awareness of emerging capabilities and technology that can be commercialized within Santander
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
