This position will report to a Director within the Advisor Services Marketing organization of Schwab.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with business partners, martech teams, sales, channel and segment owners to implement marketing initiatives
Utilizing marketing automation, CRM and attribution reporting to engage prospects throughout the buyer's journey and across pathways to Schwab
Advancing application of buyer's journey strategy, personas, and marketing automation into new channels and segments
Optimizing and accelerating lead funnel growth from multiple channels to drive deal opportunities
Developing and implementing campaigns at the region and national levels to support sales lead nurture activities
Working with agency partners to develop creative and deliver differentiated marketing
Leading and developing digital content, direct marketing and personalized marketing content
Proposing ideas and solutions to gain support and alignment with business objectives
Tracking marketing against business goals to measure success and enhance initiatives
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:
Required Qualifications:
8 plus years of experience in creating marketing strategies, initiatives, campaigns and communications; history of executing successful marketing for a recognized brand preferred
Marketing experience in the financial services industry; with an understanding of the independent registered investment advisor (RIA) and brokerage business preferred
Experience with digital, direct, and marketing automation capabilities to target and engage prospects; with an understanding of Marketo and Salesforce systems a plus
Understanding of how to optimize lead capture, scoring and proactively move leads to deal stages for sales
Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with short timelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including marketing/creative brief writing, presentation, and PowerPoint skills
