What you have
Be flexible to switch gears throughout the day to assist with meeting critical cut-off times or high-volume processing spikes.
The ability to provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls and via written communication, while also building and sustaining positive relationships with clients, internal business partners, and contra firms.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy while meticulously processing each transfer request in a timely manner.
Experience working with multiple systems in a dual monitor environment, and basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office products) are required.
The desire and ability to work cooperatively & collaboratively with others on the team, in the department, and with leadership.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
