    Key Responsibilities

    Own and Manage Software Release Processes
    In-depth DAFgiving360 platform knowledge of associated domains, Scrum Teams, fluidly changing CTS Change Management requirements, software security requirements are necessary to deliver release calendars, coordinating deployments across multiple environments with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with Schwab's risk and HR policies, and driving continuous improvement in release automation and governance.

    Ensure Governance and Compliance in Releases
    Implement and uphold CTS risk and policies within all release activities. Validate adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards while minimizing operational risk during deployments.

    Collaborate Across Technology and Business Teams
    Act as the primary liaison between development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders within and outside DAFgiving360, to ensure smooth release cycles. Facilitate communication, resolve dependencies, and proactively manage risks to deliver high-quality releases aligned with organizational goals.

    Continuous Improvement of Release Processes
    Drive enhancements in release automation, tooling, and workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to adopt industry best practices in release engineering.

    Required Qualifications

    Proven DAFgiving360 Release Management Experience
    Hands-on experience managing end-to-end software release processes within DAFgiving360 and CTS enterprise environments, ensuring compliance with governance and risk policies.thl

    Strong Understanding of SDLC and Change Management
    Deep knowledge of software development life cycle, CTS release management change control standards, and operational risk frameworks.

    Deep understanding of DAFgiving360 Team Processes and Tools
    Create and maintain release calendars, deployment automation, and documentation workflows used by DAF Technologies.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Ability to coordinate with development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders within and outside DAFgiving360 to deliver smooth, timely releases.
