What you have
14+ years leading large, business-critical product, operations, or transformation initiatives.
Experience leading multi-discipline, multi-level teams directly and through influence.
Proven experience leading AI-enabled product or transformation initiatives, translating business problems into AI use cases that deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering with Technology, Data, and Risk teams to deploy AI/ML capabilities responsibly, including governance, model risk considerations, and change adoption across the enterprise.
Experience synthesizing ambiguous inputs into strategy, then leading the strategy execution.
Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills across all levels.
Experience organizing and mobilizing high-performing teams.
Ability to balance multiple priorities, simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
Financial services experience preferred.
