What you have
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant with proven high-level performance supporting Sr Executives - the nature of the experience is more important than the number of years.
Technically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Applications and able to learn new technologies rapidly.
Proven project management skills and detail orientation, consistently delivers accurate and high-quality work and expects it from others.
A bias for action, highly organized, and proven ability to successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
Process orientation -- thinks systemically, 'connects the dots' and anticipates challenges or needs.
Great interpersonal and communications skills-- written and verbal, face to face, telephonic and electronic.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong, positive working relationships with others, comfortable dealing with employees, senior executives, vendors, external partners, and regulators (as required).
Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, results-oriented, fast-paced matrix environment with frequent interruptions, changing deadlines and sometimes conflicting priorities.
Flexible, adaptable, and resilient.
Unimpeachable integrity, trusted by others and able to deal with highly sensitive information.
Ability to develop effective solutions by taking a holistic, abstract, or theoretical perspective with minimal oversight and guidance.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
