    Position summary

    s, educate on platform features and order complexities, and provide seamless execution through Schwab's advanced trading infrastructure. As a central hub, we deliver scalable and dependable trading solutions that help drive Advisors' growth and success.

    What you'll do:

    In this role, you will serve as a key partner to advisors by helping them navigate trading allocations and questions, order strategies, and platform capabilities via phone and email. By leveraging Schwab's Advisors trading tools and market access, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless trading experience that enables Advisor's success and confidence supporting the entire order lifecycle, execute trades in various securities, resolve discrepancies, and uphold service standards. You'll resolve issues, communicate trade status and platform capabilities, train Advisors on Schwab systems, implement workflow improvements, and offer strategic insights on trading and order management.

    What you have

    To ensure that we fulfill our promise of ' challenging the status quo ' this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Series 7 and Series 63 required

    • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience; exposure to trading platforms and execution environments

    • Proven experience utilizing Order Management and Execution Management Systems

    • Solid knowledge of equity and option trading, including complex and multi-leg strategies, ie securities regulations, corporate actions, risk and market mechanics

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in finance or related fields preferred.

    • Series 24 or 9/10 preferred.

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
