Successfully manage your respective retail branch region, being available as a trusted resource and partner.
Monthly travel to retail branches within an assigned region to conduct onsite training for staff. Must be able to present live training on different security/safety topics.
Work with retail branch staff to create and support business response plans - updated and published yearly.
Respond to incidents/threats and coordinate follow-up as needed, including necessary investigation and risk mitigation.
We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site five days per week in the specified locations.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in security/law enforcement/loss protection/safety/risk field
In the event of emergencies, must be able to take charge of maintaining order, safety and protect personnel and property
Strong report writing skills and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to build a strong public-private partnership with local law enforcement and first responder agencies
Strong leadership abilities and a strong executive presence
Knowledge and experience in using proven risk assessment and risk mitigation practices
Familiarity with Security based access control systems, burglar alarm systems and fire monitoring systems
Ability to become certified as a Red-Cross CPR Instructor (Schwab will supply certification)
Proven competency with Windows based programs
Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
