    Position summary

    Your responsibilities will include queue oversight, researching, and responding to internal partner requests, maintaining quality control and procedures, creating process improvements, and performing audit fulfillment to meet key deliverables while exceeding client and participant expectations.

    In this role you will also be:

    • Providing a high-level of operational support and customer service to clients and business partners related to distribution and payments for Trust & Custody plans.

    • Responsible for transfer of assets, non-standard asset updates, and communicating transactions to our business partners.

    • Ensure client requests are completed within required service standards.

    • Demonstrate flexibility and collaborate with other team members to deliver high quality service and meet client expectations.

    • Managing multiple tasks effectively by balancing high productivity with excellent service quality.

    • Communicating effectively by phone and email with internal business partners, including third-party vendors, customer service teams, and other operational teams.

    • Working on a wide scope of problems, issues, or exception items that fall outside of normal process through independent and initiative-taking problem resolution, including support of client and internal business partner research and escalations.

    • Embracing and adapting to changing policies, procedures, and general operations in a fast-paced environment.

    • Confident to ask questions and advocate in the best interest of the business.

    • Apply solid business judgment outside of defined procedures and make decisions based on client experience and risk to the business.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of retirement or operational services experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy.

    • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

    • Ability to independently assess and apply policy, procedures, and regulation knowledge to exercise solid business judgement when making decisions or requesting exceptions outside of policy.

    • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in process and procedure, at times adjusting daily work assignments to ensure adherence to service standards.

    • Ability to work within a deadline driven and fast paced environment.

    • Focus on teamwork and the ability to effectively interact with cross-site peers and business partners.

    • Takes initiative to perform day to day tasks with limited guidance or direct supervision, utilizing resources to solve problems as they arise.

    • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple applications, and utilize the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
