The successful candidate must have superior analytical skills, superior working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure that daily client deliverables are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access Database

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with various departments

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment with minimal errors

• The successful candidate must have superior analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail

• Creative thought process focusing on continuous process improvement

• Ability to interpret client and participant needs

• Exceptional organizational, analytical and time management skills

• Retirement industry knowledge/ASPPA designation preferred, but not required

• Familiarity with IRS Form 1099-R/Banking logistics preferred, but not required

• College degree or equivalent work experience

• In-depth knowledge of regulations and plan design which governs processes such as incoming rollovers, loan payoffs and loan repayments preferred but not required

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
