Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as the strategic connector between Workplace Services, Marketing, UX, and Technology.
Lead strategic workshops and alignment sessions focused on participant education.
Develop strategic briefs and customer insights that guide execution teams (content creators, designers, engineers).
Strategic Roadmapping & Go-to-Market
Create integrated go-to-market strategies for new education tools and experiences.
Recommend high-level product requirements, experience opportunities, and success metrics for education initiatives.
Ensure Schwab's digital channels reflect a coherent and consistent education strategy.
Measurement & Optimization
Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs for education engagement and learning outcomes.
Evaluate performance to uncover insights and iterate on strategy.
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership to influence future direction.

Strong communicator able to translate complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
What you have
10+ years in product strategy, business strategy, or education strategy roles.
Experience working within cross-functional environments (product, engineering, UX, marketing, compliance).
Proven ability to lead strategic planning and opportunity analysis for education or engagement initiatives.
Familiarity with digital ecosystems (web, app, content platforms) and product development processes.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, competitive intelligence, and business cases.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
