DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
The individual contributor in this content marketing role is focused on strategy and execution for product (offer) and educational content. This role supports DAFgiving360's "Grow our clients" and "Invest in our offer" strategic themes. The role is tied to organization objectives and key results of increasing brand awareness, new accounts, and account re-contributions, as well as reducing offer gaps and decreasing open client irritants.
What you are good at:
Develop content marketing strategies that support our product, Schwab retail, and Schwab Advisor Services marketing strategies. Detailed content recommendations should include the business need, audience, marketing objectives, content format(s), KPIs, activation channels, search and generative engine optimization, promotion channels, and overall timing.
Serve as content marketing lead for assigned projects, ensuring successful execution of strategies.
Produce content. Collaborate with DAFgiving360 staff, Schwab partners, and agency partners on production.
Collaborate with DAFgiving360 marketing staff on content activation and amplification.
Monitor and report on content performance and share recommendations for performance optimization.
What you have
Experience developing integrated, multi-channel content marketing campaigns
Passion and talent for creating compelling content in multiple formats, including thought leadership articles and podcasts
"Big picture" thinking-ability to identify all work and opportunities involved with a content marketing project
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines
Ability to lead multiple projects with multiple partners and varying levels of scope at one time
Extreme attention to detail in content production
PowerPoint skills
Minimum Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, economics, finance, or a related subject, or equivalent work experience
Experience marketing donor-advised funds, philanthropic services, or financial services
7+ years of professional writing and editing experience
Applicants will be asked to submit samples of presentations, original writing, strategy recommendations, and project plans and to complete writing and editing tests.
