Lead technology components of Corporate Real Estate construction projects from planning through closeout
Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
Translate business requirements into functional, cost-effective technology and infrastructure solutions
Define and coordinate structured cabling and hardware requirements for offices, call centers, and data centers
Collaborate with internal Technology, Security, Design, and Construction teams
Interface with General Contractors, MEP engineers, and architectural partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed
Manage bids, proposals, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
Facilitate project meetings, publish meeting minutes, and provide regular stakeholder updates
Ensure compliance with CRE methodologies, audit guidelines, and industry standards (TIA, BICSI)
Support Remedy work order management and project close-out documentation
Travel to project sites as required (up to 50%)
Please note: This position is M-F during standard business hours with a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day working from home). It is only available in the location listed. Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate on their own to the listed location.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects
Strong experience with IT infrastructure systems and technologies
Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Bluebeam
Experience designing and implementing structured cabling and hardware for commercial office, call center, or data center environments
Familiarity with TIA and BICSI structured cabling standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction management background
PMP certification
Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Word, and Office 365
