hts Manager, your work helps drive decisions and strategic direction for Operations. You support business partners by translating data into meaningful and actionable insights that help baseline initiatives, find opportunities, and solve problems. You gather data from many disparate, technically diverse sources. You prepare and process the gathered data, and then present findings to all levels of the organization. You continually look for opportunities to offer your support in a fast, efficient way, focused on results, seeking out automation and technology to aid you. You are aware of key activities in flight and will ensure coordination across the department and with partners for the data product.
What you'll do:
Clearly communicate findings with charts, graphs, and other visuals and presentations. Take feedback, iterate, and adjust. Ensure partners have the best understanding and support possible to make informed, high-quality decisions.

Required Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of experience contributing data and analytics support to multiple large, cross-functional projects, with a desire to grow towards technical product ownership.
BS/BA degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science or related is preferred. Preference for candidates with an MBA or relevant advanced degree .
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong ability to influence, coach, and mentor others, with demonstrated success in building credibility with peers and leadership
Underlying curiosity and interest in the technical aspects of process measurement and improvement
Strong, demonstrated technical capabilities to work with data - SQL query development, web scraping, Python, Tableau, visual tools/IDEs, and comfort with technology and code.
Ability to work autonomously, with initiative and a bias towards action.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced critical thinking skills to scope and frame problems
Must be comfortable with a constantly evolving environment and rapidly changing priorities
Strong understanding of product metrics such as conversion rates, response rates, ROI, etc.
Must be Business-Centric, Data-Oriented, Analytically Minded and Results Driven
