    Position summary

    • Leverage strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced analytics and emerging technologies (AI)

    • Establish a trusted partnership with colleagues and stakeholders

    The role is not available as fully remote. Must live within reasonable commuting distance from the following Charles Schwab campus locations:

    • Westlake, TX

    • Orlando, FL

    What you have

    Required Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders

    • 5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python)

    • Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel

    Preferred Competencies:

    • Advanced degree or MBA

    • 5+ years of experience with statistical tools (R, SAS); Experience with AI or machine learning is a plus

    • 5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, PowerBI, Tableau)

    • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
