    The ERDM Disclosures & Governance team facilitates updates to regulatory disclosure documents and is leading efforts to simplify, standardize, and reuse content within regulatory disclosures across the firm. We also offer centralized governance for ERDM overseeing all aspects of our document execution to mitigate risk, ensure accountability and provide visibility into our work.

    Your primary responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

    • Content Design and Development: Quarterly updates to regulatory disclosures, new regulatory disclosure development, design & layout updates to regulatory disclosures to conform to best practices and enable formatting consistencies across the disclosure inventory, definition and maintenance of style guides for print and web typography, InDesign change management and document edits, InDesign template modifications and creation of new InDesign templates, consult on best practices for content design, ADA standards & brand guidelines to set and maintain standards for consistency, collaborate with channel partners to determine technical requirements for deliverables.

    • Platform Support: Collaborate with external platform vendor to define and test new enhancements to optimize production cycle and processes, serve as ENCORE's subject matter expert for all coding related work required in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe InDesign, support publishing and automated deployments.

    What you have

    Required Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of design principles and their application to printed and digital collateral

    • Advanced capabilities in InDesign, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript

    • Defining, documenting, and maintaining standard design best practices, production processes, and quality assurance procedure documentation

    • Experience working in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Dreamweaver, and content management systems to manage, update and create new content

    • Building and maintaining strong partnerships within the team and across an outside vendor to serve as a technical lead

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    • Experience with UAT testing and product development lifecycle

    • Exceptional attention to details to ensure work is error free

    • Self-starting and proactively identifying opportunities and potential for process enhancements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with relational databases, tabular data, SQL, and Excel

    • Familiarity with programming languages, Python, and AppleScript

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Strong sense of urgency and proactiveness

    • Excellent time management; capable of working across several initiatives and tasks concurrently

    • Comfort in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

    • Takes pride in completing tasks on time with quality and reliability, as well as identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner

    • Patient and adaptable to evolving business needs; comfortable with changes in routine and process

    • Competent with project/process flows and stakeholder engagement workflows

    • Emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally

    • Comfortable learning new technical skills and CMS platform as needed
