    Position summary

    , with a focus on mobile platforms. The Sr Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with best practices, drive adoption of standards, and deliver data-driven insights to improve digital product quality.

    • Digital Standards & Experience Reporting:
      • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data teams to ensure standards reflect best practices for web and mobile, industry guidelines, and organizational objectives.
      • Support deployment of digital standards across product teams, providing input to training, guidance, and support for adoption, with a focus on mobile experiences.
      • Monitor compliance with digital standards, identifying gaps and supporting improvement actions where necessary.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities to enhance digital standards and reporting, leveraging feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
      • Develop and implement process improvements to ensure efficient creation, deployment, and maintenance of standards.
      • Support solutions and methodologies of integrating standards into product and design practices.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration:
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, engineering, and data analytics, to ensure standards are practical, scalable, and impactful across mobile platforms.
      • Provide clear, actionable feedback and recommendations to teams on how to improve mobile experience quality.
      • Represent mobile digital standards and experience quality initiatives in cross-functional meetings and governance forums.
    • Enablement:
      • Provide input to training programs to educate product teams on digital standards and experience quality best practices.

      • Create reference materials, documentation, and playbooks to support ongoing adoption of mobile standards.

    What you bring:

    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using metrics and analytics to guide standards governance and process improvements.

    • Collaboration and Communication: Skilled at fostering cross-functional alignment and delivering clear, impactful communications.

    • Process Optimization: Expertise in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

    What you have

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Design, Business Administration, or related field.

    • 6+ years of experience in digital product management, user experience, design standards, or a related field, with significant experience in mobile product management.

    • Proven experience in developing and implementing mobile digital standards.

    • Strong understanding of user experience principles, design best practices, and digital product quality metrics, particularly for mobile platforms.

    • Experience in creating and maintaining scorecards, dashboards, or other performance measurement tools for mobile products.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and educate cross-functional teams.

    • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe).

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
