    Position summary

    olio. The expectation is that this resources will operate with limited direction, serving as the primary liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

    • Employs advanced expertise in project management to design effective processes to analyzing project requirements and constraints.

    • Guides peers and/or teams within the latitude of established company policies to develop effective strategies for successful project execution while managing intangible factors related to project management.

    Required Qualifications

    • Collaborates across teams, facilitates partnerships, and supports cooperative efforts

    • Current working experience with Schwab systems and processes.

    • Ensuring the scope of the work aligns with the LBC and the business outcomes identified upon project start; preventing scope creep; updating project risks, issues, and health related to scope (including creating CR's as needed to bring back to Green)

    • Creating a baselined schedule and monitoring progress against it, with key milestones aligned to MVP and business outcomes; updating project risks, issues, and health related to schedule (including creating CR's as needed to bring back to Green)

    • Updating TPS forecasts, monitoring variances in actuals/forecast for spend and capacity, utilizing project preview report, keeping PfM updated on project spend, following portfolio expectations set by the PfM's; updating project risks, issues, and health related to spend (including creating CR's as needed to bring back to Green)

    • Identifying, analyzing, and documenting risks and response plans; monitoring progress of risk response plans; documenting when risks become issues and driving issues to resolution

    • Identifying all internal and external (including cross-portfolio and vendor) dependencies required to complete project work; identifying, monitoring, and actively working to remove project blockers; leveraging tools for dependency management

    • Creating and leveraging a communication plan for each project that considers stakeholder analysis, channels, frequency, meeting cadences, reporting, etc.; updating the plan as needed; ensuring all stakeholders are kept updated on the project progress and health

    • Creating and maintaining all required artifacts for the project to meet CPMO guidelines

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
