    We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Manager to lead initiatives in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and enterprise planning systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive innovation, streamline development workflows, and enable AI-powered solutions across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership
      • Contribute to and execute the roadmap for CI/CD pipelines, AI-driven development, and planning systems.
      • Align technology initiatives with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
      • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • CI/CD and Development Enablement
      • Oversee implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and advanced workflows.

      • Ensure robust security practices leveraging GitHub Advanced Security.

      • Drive adoption of agentic software development and enablement strategies.
        • Artificial Intelligence

      • Lead AI integration into development and planning systems.

      • Maintain a strong understanding of AI models, including generative and predictive capabilities.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases that enhance productivity and decision-making.
        • Planning Systems and Production Support

      • Manage enterprise planning tools and processes to support operational efficiency.

      • Oversee production support for critical systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.

      • Implement best practices for incident management and root cause analysis.
        • Team Leadership

      • Build and mentor high-performing teams across software development, AI, and planning domains.

      • Promote professional growth and technical excellence within the team.

      • Drive collaboration across engineering, product, and operations teams.

    What you have

    Required Qualifications

    • Proficiency in GitHub ecosystem: GitHub, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions workflows, and GitHub Advanced Security.

    • Strong understanding of agentic software development principles.

    • Deep knowledge of AI models and their application in enterprise systems.

    • Experience with Jira and Confluence for agile planning and documentation.

    • Familiarity with planning systems and production support processes.

    • Hands-on experience with software development tools and CI/CD best practices.

    • Leadership and Communication

    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

    • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
    • Background in software engineering or AI research.
    • Knowledge of compliance and security standards in software development.
