    Position summary

    ministrators (TPAs), Independent Recordkeepers, Trust Companies, and Institutional Retirement Plan providers, SRT powers retirement and health savings innovation and operational excellence.

    The Senior Partnerships Manager, SRT is a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for cultivating, expanding, and managing high-value partnerships across the retirement and health savings recordkeeping ecosystem. Your focus will span retirement and health savings channels, building direct relationships with recordkeeping partners, and leading distribution channels to accelerate adoption of Schwab's SaaS recordkeeping platforms. This role calls for an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to handle technical discussions and deliver compelling demonstrations, and a passion for fostering technology-driven relationships. You will drive innovation in retirement and health savings technology, propel digital transformation, and enable partners to deliver outstanding experiences using Schwab's recordkeeping solutions. This position requires up to 30% travel for partner engagement, business reviews, and industry events.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with financial service firms to promote the distribution and integration of Schwab Retirement Technologies SaaS solutions.

    • Respond to sales inquiries, perform demonstrations of Schwab Retirement Technologies products.

    • Develop and implement channel strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Schwab retirement technologies among assigned partners, focusing on firms servicing workplace retirement plans.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partnerships, fostering strong financial software relationships, and ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

    • Champion new initiatives in recordkeeping technology for retirement and health savings, collaborating with partners to deploy innovative solutions and educate them on Schwab's expanding capabilities.

    • Work cross-functionally with Schwab teams to ensure seamless delivery of recordkeeping, retirement, and health savings plan administration as well as integrated solutions.

    • Lead complex deal negotiations, balancing creativity, risk, and speed from initial contact through execution.

    • Represent Schwab at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings as a leader in retirement technology and recordkeeping systems.

    • Engage in technical discussions and deliver compelling demonstrations to partners and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of Schwab's Retirement Technologies system.

    • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize channel effectiveness and achieve funded account goals.

    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for growth, address challenges, and drive adoption of SaaS retirement solutions.

    • Deliver insights on regulatory changes, market shifts, and technology advancements to keep Schwab and its partners at the forefront of retirement and health savings solutions.

    Required Experience

    • Experience in business development and partnership/channel sales in SaaS, retirement technology, health savings, or recordkeeping systems.
    • 5+ years of successful experience in retirement plan technology, health savings solutions, recordkeeping, or related SaaS business development.
    • Executive presence, with the ability to influence and communicate at the senior leader level.
    • Skilled in facilitating technical discussions and delivering product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences, especially in retirement recordkeeping contexts.
    • Expertise building product distribution through third-party channels in retirement and health savings.
    • Strong knowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping and associated technology systems.
    • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of retirement, recordkeeping, and technology ecosystems.
    • Adaptable and entrepreneurial, with a bias towards action and client service.
    • Superior analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; comfortable synthesizing complex information and influencing outcomes.
    • Ability to keep pace with regulatory, market, and technology shifts affecting retirement technology, health savings, and recordkeeping.
