To support the workspace strategy, occupancy planners with current, accurate, departmental-level occupancy information by maintaining space/planning database. Must have a basic understanding of facility operations and systems, be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and have strong customer service skills with a wide range of clients, contractors and co-employees.
What you will do:
Process requests for space using web-based programs and tools
Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding space needs and seat reservations
Submit/track approvals for seat assignments related to information barriers for groups with regulated access requirements
Perform periodic audits of seat assignments, occupancy, vacancy, labs & equipment; May include field verification
Complete monthly/quarterly reporting
Maintain wait lists for space as necessary (buildings with high occupancy and seat shortage)
May help coordinate move/add/change related tasks with Property Management, Desktop, Voice and Network teams
May help Strategy to coordinate large move and space projects

Required Qualifications:
Experience working in and demonstrated ability to thrive in a professional/corporate office environment
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), particularly Excel which will be used extensively
Able to learn new computer software programs
Basic understanding of office technology, systems and equipment
Consistent track record of providing outstanding customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Space management experience a plus
