    To support the workspace strategy, occupancy planners with current, accurate, departmental-level occupancy information by maintaining space/planning database. Must have a basic understanding of facility operations and systems, be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and have strong customer service skills with a wide range of clients, contractors and co-employees.

    What you will do:

    • Process requests for space using web-based programs and tools

    • Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding space needs and seat reservations

    • Submit/track approvals for seat assignments related to information barriers for groups with regulated access requirements

    • Perform periodic audits of seat assignments, occupancy, vacancy, labs & equipment; May include field verification

    • Complete monthly/quarterly reporting

    • Maintain wait lists for space as necessary (buildings with high occupancy and seat shortage)

    • May help coordinate move/add/change related tasks with Property Management, Desktop, Voice and Network teams

    • May help Strategy to coordinate large move and space projects

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience working in and demonstrated ability to thrive in a professional/corporate office environment

    • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), particularly Excel which will be used extensively

    • Able to learn new computer software programs

    • Basic understanding of office technology, systems and equipment

    • Consistent track record of providing outstanding customer service skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Space management experience a plus
