    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement design patterns that will be developed in C# and .NET, and ensure standards are met.

    • Align technology delivery with resources in India and US locations to ensure consistent design patterns and application implementation.

    • Participate in architecture governance councils, helping to review others work and provide critical feedback and directions to ensure standardization.

    • Provide subject matter expertise to application teams during design reviews, assisting with pattern selection and solution delivery.

    • Collaborate across domains with other Developers and teams to ensure consistency and seamless integration.

    • Translate solutions into compelling business narratives that resonate with executive audiences and technical teams alike.

    • Be a champion of modernization and platform thinking by implementing initiatives that simplify and modernize the legacy ecosystem.

    • Leverage an AI led vision to transform the SDLC pipeline and improve productivity and efficiency.

    What you have

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years of software development experience in large global companies.

    • 1-3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably at a brokerage firm.

    • 3+ years of experience in large/complex projects with multiple dependencies using Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile) processes in planning, implementation, and support of business application components, including change & release management.

    • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related discipline.

    • History of delivering solutions consistently and managing the complexity of large project implementations.

    • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners, technology team, production support and infrastructure teams.

    • Strong in influencing, negotiating priorities, and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication.

    • Demonstrated ability and curiosity to evangelize vision and direction in a way that drives team engagement and motivation.

    • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment with many moving parts and a large variety of responsibilities including geographical diversity of technical functions.

    • Self-starter with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities.

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment, including the ability to think big in a rapidly evolving technology space. Ability to successfully handle ambiguity.

    • Optimizes software design methodologies through effective review and process refinement.

    • Improves software release and deployment strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.

    • Delivers the execution of system design strategies for cloud-based environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years of solid development experience in distributed systems and platforms.

    • Experience with C# and .NET in a Linux/Windows data center environment.

    • Experience owning and operating multiple instances of a mission critical service across regions.

    • Experience with Agile development methodology and Test-Driven Development.

    • Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence.

    • Experience working through complex problems, and working with business partners to deliver an amazing experience for clients. You have qualities that engineers recognize and respect.

    • Knowledge of Aerospike NoSQL, SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.

    • Knowledge of application integration with BPM platforms, including Pegasystems and Appian.

    • Expertise with IBM MQ and Kafka messaging systems.

    • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

    • Broad knowledge of the software engineering space: languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
