Owns credentialing processes and coordinates with inside legal counsel to define requirements for healthcare providers onboarding on the platform.
Partners with quality assurance and training teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to credentialing processes and requirements.
Oversees quality assurance for assigned regions.
Coordinate and communicate quality and credentialing insights and issues with third-party vendors.
Manages and mentors credentialing specialists and defines activities and scope of work.
Investigates and adjudicates fingerprint-based background checks.
Participates as a member of a project team geared towards implementing new credentials, therapies, specialties, and verticals.
Assists in facilitating a positive relationship between Shiftkey and clients or government agencies.
Investigates and responds to questions and concerns raised by legal, revenue, operations, or other internal departments.
Assists credentialing director/manager in executing on larger strategic initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
