Data Verification Specialist

Where you'll work

We are looking for someone based in Warsaw who has the flexibility to work in a hybrid model. While in-office presence is encouraged for team collaboration and cultural development, we also support a balanced work-from-home approach when appropriate.

What you'll be doing

• Review licenses and verify that each healthcare professional's documentation is complete.

• Confirm that all required vaccinations are completed during the onboarding and credentialing process.

• Review and verify work logs to ensure an accurate reflection of hours worked.

What you'll need

• Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift with a start time between 7:00 am and 8:30 am.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Capacity to perform well under pressure.

• Willingness to work on a Mac computer and within Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with handling time-sensitive materials and maintaining confidentiality.

• Prior experience in a similar role is a strong plus.
