Where you'll work
This is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Irving, Texas, head office. You'll be in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), and work remotely the other two days. Typical hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate personal needs.
What you'll be doing
Provide operational support and manage high-touch credentialing tasks according to ShiftKey's standards.
Assist BPO partners and internal teams with escalations and inquiries.
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all credentialing and service activities.
Identify, report, and escalate potential issues to leadership proactively.
Research and resolve customer escalations quickly and thoroughly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need
High School Diploma or GED required.
1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare, data entry, or related fields required.
Experience with Salesforce Service is required.
1+ years of healthcare compliance, credentialing, privileging, or quality experience preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced environment; call center experience preferred.
Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace products.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
