As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and improving our marketplace experience, ensuring that both care professionals and facilities have seamless, intuitive, and impactful interactions on our platform. You will define product priorities, uncover user needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes that create value for customers and the business alike.
You'll leverage business acumen, user empathy, and strong product judgment throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
Where you'll work
To be considered for this position, you must be located in the United States. You can choose between remote work and working from one of our offices in Austin, Dallas, or Cleveland. Occasional travel to one of these offices may be required for in-person collaboration, team events, or strategic planning sessions.
What You'll Be Doing
Set and communicate a clear product roadmap within your scope, grounded in user insights and business objectives.
Conduct continuous discovery to validate ideas, prioritize opportunities, and align with customer needs.
Collaborate closely with design to test and validate concepts, iterating quickly based on feedback.
Work with your product trio (PM, engineering manager, designer) to define outcomes and map solutions that drive impact.
Lead initiatives from concept to delivery, incorporating fast feedback loops and ensuring product-market fit.
Support beta programs and pilots to test and de-risk solutions before scaling.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
Take ownership of delivering outcomes, not just features, solving real customer and business problems.
Foster strong team dynamics through collaboration, feedback, and clear accountability.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years in a direct product management role, with 5+ years of experience in software development or related fields (engineering, design, data analysis).
Proven understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and constraints, assess risks, and make data-informed decisions.
Ability to work across multiple functional areas of the business, including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing.
Hands-on experience analyzing data to inform product decisions; SQL skills preferred.
Excellent collaboration skills with product teams, designers, and key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and drive meaningful outcomes for both users and the business.
