Position summary

You are responsible for selling service agreements, as well as supporting existing clients to meet their staffing goals through effective use of the platform. You must have excellent communication along with negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Your goal is to grow your territory and business by developing successful, long-term client relationships.

Where you'll work

This is a 100% onsite role in Cleveland, Ohio.

What you'll be doing

  • Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends

  • Work with implementation team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives

  • Partner with Client Success to resolve conflicts from clients in a timely manner

  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Identify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growth

  • Build relationships with existing clients and uncover needs for additional services

  • Grow your assigned territory through outbound activity including cold calling, following up on leads, and generating referrals

  • Identify prospective clients' needs for workforce management software

  • Successfully complete demo certification for all SaaS products offered

  • You have excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

  • You have an understanding and knowledge of CRM software

  • You are data driven (excel, reports, etc.)

  • You have proven work experience in a team environment
