Shift is a SaaS organization within the healthcare industry, specifically, post-acute and long-term care. We have a suite of products that we sell to our customers and take an a la carte approach. As an Account Manager, you would be responsible hunting/mining new clients and accounts as well as cultivating long-term relationships with clients in your designated territory. You must have excellent communication along with negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Where you'll work
This is a 100% onsite role at our office in Irving, TX.
What you'll be doing
Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends
Work with implementation team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Partner with Client Success to resolve conflicts from clients in a timely manner
Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
Identify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growth
Build relationships with existing clients and uncover needs for additional services
Grow your assigned territory through outbound activity including cold calling, following up on leads, and generating referrals
Identify prospective clients' needs for workforce management software
Successfully complete demo certification for all SaaS products offered
What you'll need
2+ Years of experience in B2B Sales or other client-facing roles, demonstrating a focus on building relationships and solving problems.
Proficient understanding and practical knowledge of CRM software with one year of hands-on experience (Salesforce a plus)
You have excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
You are data driven (excel, reports, etc.)
You have proven work experience in a team environment
You deliver client-focused solutions
You are self-motivated and thrive in a results-driven environment
You are a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
