    Position summary

    Shift is a SaaS organization within the healthcare industry, specifically, post-acute and long-term care. We have a suite of products that we sell to our customers and take an a la carte approach. As an Account Manager, you would be responsible hunting/mining new clients and accounts as well as cultivating long-term relationships with clients in your designated territory. You must have excellent communication along with negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

    Where you'll work

    This is a 100% onsite role at our office in Irving, TX.

    What you'll be doing

    • Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends

    • Work with implementation team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives

    • Partner with Client Success to resolve conflicts from clients in a timely manner

    • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships

    • Identify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growth

    • Build relationships with existing clients and uncover needs for additional services

    • Grow your assigned territory through outbound activity including cold calling, following up on leads, and generating referrals

    • Identify prospective clients' needs for workforce management software

    • Successfully complete demo certification for all SaaS products offered

    What you'll need

    • 2+ Years of experience in B2B Sales or other client-facing roles, demonstrating a focus on building relationships and solving problems.

    • Proficient understanding and practical knowledge of CRM software with one year of hands-on experience (Salesforce a plus)

    • You have excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

    • You are data driven (excel, reports, etc.)

    • You have proven work experience in a team environment

    • You deliver client-focused solutions

    • You are self-motivated and thrive in a results-driven environment

    • You are a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

    • You have a passion for sales with a hustle mentality
