You'll work directly with senior leaders, partner with Marketing and Operations, and play a key part in understanding supply and demand dynamics, diagnosing performance issues, and driving data-backed recommendations.
Where you'll work
This is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Irving, Texas, headquarters. The schedule requires three days per week in the office and two days remote. Wednesday is always an in-office day. The other two in-office days are flexible and can be chosen based on your preference. Standard hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility for personal needs.
What you'll be doing
Deliver strategic decision support to senior leadership by breaking down problems, assessing business performance, and framing clear recommendations.
Evaluate business cases and ROI for marketing and operations initiatives, providing data-backed insight into expected impact and tradeoffs.
Interpret financial and operational results, highlight key variances, and communicate performance drivers in a way leadership can act on immediately.
Develop and maintain KPI tracking that gives the business visibility into marketplace performance and operational health.
Build and refine revenue, cost, and scenario models to support decision-making and diagnose supply-demand dynamics.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance how the business understands its marketplace metrics.
What you'll need
3+ years as a Financial Analyst or Senior Analyst with experience in operational or strategic finance.
Strong Excel skills and the ability to build clean, scalable models.
Experience with KPI development, tracking, and variance analysis.
Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure analysis, and communicate insights clearly.
Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
