As a Senior Product Manager, Marketplace, you will drive the development of our marketplace ecosystem, ensuring smooth experiences for both care professionals and facilities. You will own the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch, making strategic decisions that maximize value for users and the business.
Where you'll work
To be considered for this position, you must be located in the United States. You can choose between remote work and working from one of our offices in Austin, Dallas, or Cleveland. Occasional travel to one of these offices may be required for in-person collaboration, team events, or strategic planning sessions.
What you'll be doing
Own and evolve core marketplace experiences, ensuring reliability, scalability, and user trust.
Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user insights.
Lead continuous discovery to validate ideas, prioritize opportunities, and align with customer needs.
Make build vs. buy decisions based on ROI, time-to-market, and solution quality.
Collaborate with your product trio to define outcomes and map solutions that drive measurable impact.
Guide your team through rapid iterations from concept to launch with fast feedback loops.
Support pilots and beta programs to test product-market fit and de-risk new solutions.
Partner with engineering, design, operations, legal, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless execution.
Take full ownership of delivering outcomes, not just features.
Foster strong team dynamics through collaboration, feedback, and accountability.
What you'll need
7+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplaces or e-commerce.
Hands-on experience with complex digital workflows, integrations, or platform ecosystems.
Proven expertise in modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
Ability to learn and adapt across multiple functional areas, including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and constraints.
Experience analyzing data to drive informed decision-making.
Track record of building constructive and collaborative relationships with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
