supports a range of financial forecasting activities, from short-term operational planning to long-term strategic forecasting. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in advisory roles where synthesizing data, effectively communicating insights, and influencing decision-makers are essential.
Responsibilities
Develop, interpret, and implement financial forecasts to support both short- and long-term business planning.
Ownership of operating expense, capital expense and workforce planning for multiple functions
Prepare and post monthly journal entries for assigned areas
Perform monthly reviews of departmental expenditures and analyze variances to forecast/AOP
Conduct critical strategic analyses and support the Company's long-range planning cycles
Seek and act on opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes and streamline workflows
Analyze and interpret complex financial data related to the semiconductor industry, including revenue projections, cost drivers, and market trends. Deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategic decisions.
Automate tasks and processes using scripting language and/or commercially available software
Participate in M&A activities including financial due diligence and integration as assigned
Support quarterly and annual audit requirements
Other responsibilities as required
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS Accounting, Finance, Economics
2+ years progressive in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial role
Strong technical accounting skills, exceptional business judgment and highest level of integrity
Expert Microsoft Excel skills considered critical
Impeccable written and oral communication skills and proven ability to influence executives
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and drive effective outcomes with minimal oversight
The following will be considered a plus:
MS Data Science/Business Analytics, or willingness to pursue
CPA and/or MBA
Prior M&A experience
Prior experience using SAP (including BPC) and Tableau
Background in semiconductor design/manufacturing

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $92,928 - $172,580 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
