Senior Product Test Engineer

This role will develop test strategies for ICs, including improvement of existing production test solutions. Role will also be involved in yield improvement and costs reduction while maintaining excellent product quality .

Responsibilities

• Support Test Solution Improvement for Cost Reduction, and Yield Improvement

• Support Tester or Handler platforms migration to attain low test cost and address test setup capacity constraints .

• Responsible for "Technical Product and Test Knowledge" required to guide internal team

• Provide best-in-class test program and product quality.

• Provide remote debug and technical support to offshore factory sites to resolve any Test Solution Related Issue

• Integrate test instruments or test screen from bench setup into test program.

Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:

• EE / Computer Engineering Bachelor with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience or Master Degree with reduced experience required.

• Work experience in a semiconductor preferably as a Test Engineer or Test Development

• Manufacturing/Sustaining PTE Qualification

• Strong understanding of ATE Test Programming principles, with experience in RF, Mixed-Signal or MCU testing

• Must have experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment - Teradyne ( Flex, J750 ) preferably, and other Mixed Signal or RF testers

• Test Program development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++, VB, MCU Assembly Language, PERL , Python, Scripting

• Advanced Bench Equipment Skills/ IC Application knowledge.

• PCB Hardware design knowledge & RF signal process trouble shooting skills.

• Good PCB Assembly and soldering skills

• Excellent team working ability as self-motivation, innovation, and individual contribution

• Able to mentor and provide training for internal team

• Demonstrable good project management and communication skills
