The Sr. Talent Development Specialist will design, enhance, and measure the impact of all programs under the Leadership Effectiveness and Talent Management umbrellas. This role will be responsible for driving the advancement of our talent management platform, executing and measuring the effectiveness of performance management programs, accelerating leadership development, and serving as a subject matter expert in talent management processes. This individual will report into the Sr. Manager of Global Employee Experience.
Responsibilities
Acc e l erate the continued growth and development of leaders and top talents. Enhance and scale manager and senior leader development programs to support their continued growth. Collaborate with leaders and HRBPs to enable impactful development planning. Measure the impact and effectiveness of programs.
Execute and measure the effectiveness of performance management programs. Ensure processes drive success and align with business goals. Educate on frameworks for continuous feedback, coaching, and career development .
Enhance our Talent Management Model to support the organization's evolving needs.
Serve as an advisor and expert, providing education, training, and guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of performance and talent review processes. Evolve these programs based on industry trends and best practices.
Partner with the HRIS team on talent processes in Workday. Act as the liaison for employee and manager experiences during key talent processes. Assist in designing dashboards and reporting that provide leaders with actionable insights and comprehensive views of the talent in their organization.
Stay ahead of trends influencing performance and talent management. Recommend enhancements to internal processes based on market demands or business strategies. Update and evolve guidelines as needed.
Develop content and communications for stakeholders to support Talent Management. C reate toolkits and training materials for HRBPs, managers, and employees, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the organization.
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business , or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR with s trong knowledge of performance management, leaders hip development, and talent review processes.
Proven global experience in a multi-national technology company.
Strong skills in data analytics to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to implement strategic programs that align with organizational goals.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills strongly preferred.
