RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES :

  • Support and maintain Snowflakes Audio/Video tools - both physical hardware and software/SaaS.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of AV system configurations, equipment inventory, and service requests.

  • Provide remote AV support to satellite offices.

  • Provide support for company events - including company all hands.

  • Work cross functionally with workplace, networking, and platform teams to troubleshoot and resolve AV related issues.

  • Help run and support our Customer Experience Center

  • Manage the AV Team ticket queue, working directly with employees to resolve their AV related issues.

  • Build Knowledge based Articles on common issues within the AV space.

  • Evaluate new technology and conduct proof-of-concepts.

  • Analyze day to day operations for potential automation opportunities.

  • Executive meeting and special event support

  • Occasional, limited travel may be required for this role.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE :

  • Understanding of the Zoom Admin Portal and Zoom Rooms.

  • Knowledge of audio and video components, signal types, cables, signal flow. Comfortable troubleshooting AV issues independently.

  • High level of customer service and professionalism. Ability to explain complex technical situations in an easy to understand manner.

  • Experience installing and/or maintaining corporate AV hardware like QSC, Logitech, Samsung, etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience running live events.

  • Familiar with Google Workspace and ServiceNow.

  • Experience supporting C level executives

  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification and/or any other AV industry certifications highly preferred but not required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Jira/Confluence preferred but not required.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $102,000 - $136,500.

  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
