Leverage domain expertise to identify and address unique challenges within the State & Local Government landscape, tailoring solutions for maximum impact.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
15+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams within the State & Local Government market.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $382,500 - $425,000. The estimated base salary for this role is $191,250 - $212,500.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
