    We are seeking an experienced Customer Education leader to join our world-class Customer Success team. We support a growing global customer base, with representation across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Developers, Enterprise Architects, Cyber Security, DevOps, Legal & Compliance, etc. These subject matter experts demand an educational experience that is adaptable, engaging, and prescriptive to proactively meet their unique needs.

    What You'll Do

    • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of education professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

    • Content Creation: Lead all aspects of the development of high-quality, engaging educational content across various digital platforms, including webinars, tutorials, documentation, and online courses.

    • Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive customer education strategy that leverages data and AI to scale operations and personalize learning experiences.

    • Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by ensuring customers are aware of and using educational resources effectively.

    • Data Analysis: Analyze data to measure the impact of educational programs and continuously improve them based on feedback and performance metrics.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align educational initiatives with company goals and customer needs.

    What we are looking for

    • Experience in designing, implementing, and scaling a digital-first education program

    • Results-oriented approach to driving Expansions, Renewals, and Advocacy

    • A growth mindset that embraces the potential of leveraging AI

    • Data-driven analysis to problem-solving

    • General understanding of the modern SDLC and the tools involved

    • Knowledge of current industry trends and continuous curiosity to learn new information

    • Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
