The Counter Sales Representative also assists with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
We're looking for associates who:
Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintaining professional sales demeanor.
Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls.
Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request.
Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment.
What you bring:
A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
