• Provide customer and inside sales support for projects

• Work with associates in developing ship schedules, proactively sharing those schedules with customers

• Maintain relationships with internal North Coast sales associates

• Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers

• Warehouse duties as needed

• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Experience with inventory and business sales systems

• Very organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong work ethic

• Experience managing a large workload

• MS Office Proficient

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Excellent record keeping and time management skills

• Self-motivated problem solver in a team environment

• Can-do attitude, work well as part of a team and commitment to constant improvement

• Computer literate in Adobe, Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Committed to 100% accuracy

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Frequent use of phone and computer

• Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may be required

• Requires regular and reliable attendance

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)

• Office and Warehouse environment
