What you'll do:
Serve as the subject matter expert for ICT and Datacomm products, including structured cabling, fiber optics, copper systems, racks, enclosures, and related accessories.
Drive sales with contractors and end users with product selection, technical specifications, and solution design for customer projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, integrators, consultants, and end-users.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and joint sales calls with vendors and customers.
Stay current with industry standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSI), emerging technologies, and market trends.
Assist in preparing quotes, submittals, and bid packages for ICT-related projects.
Collaborate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure appropriate stock levels and product availability.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in the ICT segment.
Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Represent Codale at industry events, trade shows, and vendor training programs.
What you'll bring:
Prefer minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT/Data Communications sales or technical support, preferably within the electrical distribution or low-voltage industry.
Prefer strong understanding structured cabling systems, fiber optics, networking hardware, and related technologies.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal acumen.
Ability to connect with individuals across diverse backgrounds and personalities.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and NEC low-voltage requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with quoting tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.

Salary Range: $70-$100K plus commission
