What You Will Do:

• Review and manage inventory parameters to support world-class customer experience and achieve service‑level targets

• Purchase inventory to meet customer‑required delivery dates and demand forecasts

• Maintain and manage item and vendor files to ensure accurate inventory planning and goal attainment

• Develop, publish, and execute the annual returns schedule; collaborate with SC Managers to reduce excess and reserve inventory company‑wide

• Partner with vendors to ensure high service levels, reliable supply, and competitive pricing

• Manage inventory performance to meet asset management objectives, including:

  • 150+ GMROI
  • Less than 2% reserve inventory
  • 96% first‑shipment fill rate

• Expedite open purchase orders to mitigate supply disruptions and delivery risks

• Lead procurement efforts for special‑order and non‑standard items

• Negotiate pricing agreements and purchasing terms with vendors

• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

• Communicate effectively

• Detail Oriented

• Familiarity with MS Office

• Familiarity with NCE computer system

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Office environment.

• Extensive use of computer and phone systems.

• Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday; however, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required based on business needs.

• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance.

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.

• Pay is $80,168.40 annually.
