Base Salary: $85,000 - $130,000
*Compensation for this position includes annual salary, 15% short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.
What You'll Do
Lead the Project Execution team consisting of Project Managers and Project Coordinator through training, coaching, and performance management. Partner with Sales, Pro Logistics Services (PLS), and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, strengthen collaboration, and deliver exceptional customer service and financial results.
You will...
Lead the Project Execution team by building strong, collaborative relationships and overseeing day-to-day performance. Manage hiring, performance reviews, and employee development, providing coaching, timely feedback, and mentorship to support skill growth.
Partner with Sales and Project Teams to drive consistency of project handoff and communication between Project Sales and Project Execution team.
Coach Project Managers to protect margin, generate additional profit on projects, and promote/upsell PLS services.
Facilitate regular internal feedback from the Project Execution team on PLS quality and generate ideas for improvement. Maximize/streamline communication between Project and PLS teams.
Monitor and distribute workload between local markets within the region to maximize utilization of resources.
Ensure Project teams strategize and host kickoff meetings on key projects with customers, Project Sales Manager, Project Execution team, PLS Operations, and vendors. Ensure project closeout/feedback meetings are held on key projects for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Requirements:
Four-year college degree in business or technical area preferred, or equivalent experience.
3 years in the electrical or construction industry.
3+ years sales and/or customer-oriented experience.
3+ years of Project or people management experience preferred.
Ability to manage profitability and financial performance.
Experience with key customers and large project business preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be willing to travel to support all Minnesota and Western Wisconsin locations at least once a month.
