Office Coordinator
Location: Katy, TX
Job type: Full time
Schedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday
What You'll Do
Maintain building access and visitor process.
Responsible for maintaining site meeting/conference room schedule and planning.
Coordinate and manage location calendar.
Approve and manage vendor invoices.
Event planning and coordination with site leadership.
Coordinate Temp staffing with select agencies and manage timesheets.
Manage/maintain and order supplies for office and warehouse.
Assist with data entry for department managers
Coordinate site events and tours.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
Computer literate
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate effectively
Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
