Echo Electric is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative focused on mainly commercial sales and some industrial and residential electric market in the Ohio region. Candidate area of expertise should include electrical switch gear and lighting, with a diversified background in the commodities to support these solutions. It is expected to own end-to-end selling of appropriate products and focus on driving growth among target accounts and new accounts.
Compensation: In addition to a draw salary, this position is eligible for commission and participation in Echo Electric's company car program.

What you bring:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with or selling to residential contractors.
Education: High school diploma required. A technical degree is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and relationship-building abilities are crucial.
Negotiation Skills: Outside Sales Representatives negotiate contracts and pricing.
Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of the products or services they represent.
Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different customer needs and market dynamics.
Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales strategies and closing deals.
