oject Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. This role requires collaboration with members of the sales, marketing, finance, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.
Key Accountabilities
Administration
Assign jobs in Eclipse to Estimators.
Keep a calendar of how many jobs each Estimator has for each day.
Collaborate with other Coordination Specialists for "out of territory" quotes.
Manage the Commercial Projects email in box.
Assist with submittals and operation and maintenance manuals.
Stay current with new product information and emerging technologies
Distribute and maintain bid sheets.
Follows-up on open and outstanding quotations with salespersons and customers to determine status.
Customer Service
Foster and maintain excellent working relationships internally with estimating and outside sales representatives
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
Effective Communication
Ensure effective communication throughout the projects team regarding upcoming bids.
Communicates with account representatives, account executives, and inside sales reps to ensure quotes and resulting orders are complete.
Education and/or Experience:
High School or GED
Lighting experience is preferred but not required
1-2 years customer service experience - electrical/lighting industry preferred
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented and a great work ethic
