    Position summary

    pliance Technician**

    Location: Milwaukee, WI

    Job type: Full Time

    Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday

    Hourly pay: $26.25 - $34.50/hr

    **Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

    What You'll Do

    As a Quality Compliance Technician you will ensure product quality consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations by developing and maintaining robust quality standards. This role leads efforts to identify and resolve product failures through cross functional collaboration - especially with Sales and Supply Chain - and supports continuous improvement across the business network to uphold contractual commitments and driver customer satisfaction.

    You will...

    • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met at each stage.

    • Record inspection results to maintain traceability and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

    • Support Sales and Supply Chain teams with expert advice on quality-related issues and compliance matters.

    • Monitor product quality across the supply chain, identify root causes of defects, and partner with leadership to develop effective improvement strategies.

    • Participate in quality enhancing initiatives, focusing on refining processes and eliminating recurring issues.

    What You Bring

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in quality control within the electrical manufacturing or engineering services industry.

    • Proven track record of improving product quality, reducing defect rates, or leading corrective action initiatives.

    • Part Approval Process (PPAP) understanding and proficiency

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Post-secondary education in related field including certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma, and ISO preferred.

    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
