What You'll Do
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for facilitating the receipt, verification, and stocking of incoming materials. Responsibilities will include operating equipment in a safe manner, while maintaining a safe and clean working area and ensuring that our product is in perfect condition and ready for our customers.
You will:
Leadership
Supervise and coordinate the activities of receiving associates.
Train, mentor, and evaluate receiving associates to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Determine staffing needs, schedule personnel, and assign job duties.
Interview, hire, and train new associates.
Implement succession planning for self and other critical roles on the team.
Operations
Responsible for custody and safekeeping of incoming inventory.
Oversee receiving, incoming inspections (when required), stocking, keeping receiving records, and forwarding relevant information to Purchasing (Procurement) for vendor payments.
Maintain daily objectives and ensure work goals are met in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Perform other job-related duties, as needed.
What You'll Bring
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Requirements:
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.
Ability to add and subtract units of measurement, using whole numbers.
Knowledge of warehouse technology including the use of RF guns and warehouse inventory software.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Exercises safety in all aspects of carrying out job responsibilities.
Use of personal protective equipment (i.e. safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed or composite shoes) as required for the assigned work area.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs.
Frequently requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching with arms, and constant use of hands.
Continuous mental and visual alertness to maintain safety and achieve accuracy.
Requires flexibility and mobility in body movements.
Occasionally, may be required to lift items greater than 75 lbs with assistance.
