Ensure that sales orders are complete and that the appropriate information appears in third-party portals.
Track all rebate submittals and ensure payments are received.
Reconcile payments received by utility companies and confirm that payments are applied correctly.
Manage rebate submittals to ensure that rebate totals do not exceed allowable limits.
Provide monthly reporting on outstanding balances and rebates received.
What you will bring:

Ability to solve practical problems.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
Ability to deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The ability to sit for extended periods while using phones and computers.
The ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
This job is performed primarily in general office environments.
Location: Cranbury, NJ (Hybrid work schedule)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Rate: $20-23/hr.
