incoming calls and emails
Route, schedule and communicate with technicians using scheduling software.
Create detailed estimates for emergency service and repair work.
Follow-up on all estimates sent to customers to closure.
Source and secure parts for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency services.
Review customer accounts for past due balances prior to scheduling work.
Coordinate return of unused or defective parts.
What you will bring:
Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The ability to sit for much of the assigned shift while using phones, and computers.
This job is preformed primarily in office environments.
Salary Range: This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with a pay range of $21/hr - $25/hr. Rate paid will be dependent upon applicable experience.
Location: Ocean, NJ
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Rotating On-Call hours
