    Position summary

    incoming calls and emails

    • Route, schedule and communicate with technicians using scheduling software.

    • Create detailed estimates for emergency service and repair work.

    • Follow-up on all estimates sent to customers to closure.

    • Source and secure parts for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency services.

    • Review customer accounts for past due balances prior to scheduling work.

    • Coordinate return of unused or defective parts.

    What you will bring:

    • Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.

    • Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.

    • Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.

    • The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.

    • Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

    • Physical Requirements and Work Environment

    • The ability to sit for much of the assigned shift while using phones, and computers.

    • This job is preformed primarily in office environments.

    Salary Range: This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with a pay range of $21/hr - $25/hr. Rate paid will be dependent upon applicable experience.

    Location: Ocean, NJ

    Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Rotating On-Call hours
